Can’t believe it. Today is here. Got A LOT going on inside my heart and mind this morning. I wasn’t going to write anything on my blog this morning, but I’m so glad I did. When I saw all the comments this morning…it put me over the top!

AT C.P. last night your words got to me. You have saved my life. I also need to own my behavior and take on some discipline. The hour I was in your church was the best I have felt in two weeks. God is certainly telling me something right there ! I need your help, but I need to put the action behind my words… walk with me through my healing from this depression, this stress filled life I have been living, this home-bound existence, this fight with social anxiety and this need to lose weight and get exercise… I will be on my bike today !! Thank you.

Your church family is so proud of you! We have you in our thoughts and prayers this morning. You are definitely going to be able to do this race! I know it! Just remember God has your back and so does your family and church family! Isn’t it nice to know there is so much love? Good luck and we will be thinking of you!! I would say “Break a leg” but after I read what happened to you on your bike…never mind…. =)
