Leadership can often be a lonely journey.
This week on CC, Pastor Mac Richard talks about one of the things that all leaders crave in order to last.
What else do you crave as a leader?

Every story about someone accepting Jesus Christ into their life is a BIG DEAL!
This week on Cremeans Couch, you will get to hear the story about how God changed Pastor Mac Richard’s life as a twelve year old.
Growing up, his mom took a stand that no matter what happens, no matter how the enemy attacks their family, they were going to STAY IN THE HOUSE!
Lake Hills Church in Austin, TX would not be the movement of God that it is today, if it were not for God moving in the life of a young teenager many (and many) years ago.

When I think of Pastor Mac Richard, I think… Leader, Author, Pastor, Entrepreneur, but for me, my favorite title is Friend.
Mac and his wonderful bride Julie have become dear friends of ours. Their passion and love for Jesus and His Church are absolutely contagious!
You are going to enjoy this episode of Cremeans Couch as Pastor Mac talks about some things that have helped shape the way he leads Lake Hills Church in Austin, TX.
Welcome to the final episode of this CC interview with Troy Gramling.
I have enjoyed so much to be able to share with you the wisdom that flows from Troy. I look forward to having him on here again in the future.
In this episode, Pastor Troy talks about how he has changed the way that he communicates. This is something that every pastor or leader needs to see.

Why? A simple and haunting word.
Why do you do what you do? What’s the motive behind what you do?
Enjoy part 3 of CC with Bil Cornelius as he talks about his own struggles and reminds us all of the words of Jesus…Blessed are the pure in heart for they shall see God.
Have you ever met someone that is impossible not to like? Rarely do you meet someone that unique, but Bil Cornelius is such a person. Now I realize, by default, that leadership by its very nature requires that some people won’t like you. Let me say this, if you can’t get along with this dude, then you have a problem! A BIG problem. Let me drill down a little deeper. You might just be crazy! Bil is one of the most humble, kind, generous, funny, and passionate leaders you will ever meet. In short, Bil is Legit.
Enjoy this episode of CC, Too Legit Too Quit.

Someone said, “Communication, without it you travel alone.” As a leader, your communication skills are a non-negotiable. They will make or break you. No pressure. You must continue to sharpen this skill. If you’re a pastor, factor in the fact that you’re the vocal box on behalf of The Almighty God (thought I’d dial down the pressure a little bit).
As a pastor, I don’t know anything that’s more agonizing than the weekend wave of bringing God’s Word. I also don’t know of anything more satisfying than when you know you connected God’s truth. So how do you keep it fresh? How do you learn from others but still be you? In this edition of CC with Steven, you get his take on delivering the goods.

Unforgettable Furtick Quotes…
“God had to get to me early before life talked me out of the dreams God had put inside of me”
“Elevation Church started with a core group of people who decided we were not going to let our lives pass us by without seeing God do something mightily in our time.”

In part 3 of CC, Craig will share his heart on what he believes God’s vision is for the church globally. I don’t want to give it away, but let me just say I agree ONE hundred percent! It’s time for… What could be… What should be… What must be!

How could you encourage another church or pastor in your community this week? A phone call? A card? An email? How could you share resources? How can we have a spirit of cooperation instead of competition?
Preachership or Leadership? Which floats your boat?
Senior Pastor, so goes your weekend, so goes your church! As the Senior Pastor, you are the primary vision teacher for your church. As you know, it requires a GINORMOUS amount of time and energy to be prepared for what God has called us to do. Frankly, it can be ALL consuming…and without your visionary teaching at the helm, make no mistake about it, your ship will sink!
But what about the weekdays? What about your staff? What about your crew? If we’re not careful, we can end up spending ALL our time alone in our cabins preparing for the message…and our crew can begin drift. What about the major daily decisions that need to be navigated that will affect your course? What about the development of your team? If any of these questions are ignored…your ship will eventually capsize.
In part 2 of CC with Craig Groeschel…Craig, will give his experience on what your church needs more of…preachership or leadership.
What has been your experience? What do you need more of?
How do you divide your time between the two?
If you could ask Craig about his experience, what would you ask?
